Introduction to Zen at GMZC will be held Sunday, February 5th at 8:00am or Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm upon request.

One room is available in the Great Mountain Zen Center in Lafayette. Ideal for a meditator who wants to enhance his or her practice.
Join our wonderful meditation community. Shared kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living room. Must adapt to Zen Center schedule.

Registration is now open for February Sesshin 2/17-2/19 and week long sesshin in March 3/24-3/31. Note that this year we will not have a week long sesshin in June.
There will be a Great Heart Retreat at the Abbey extending over two weekends.
